Grandma pizza is sublime. Simple but delicious. Cheese pizza is the birthday party staple that even parents go back for. Lots of slices to go too!

This is a very good pizza joint. Right next to the F train , 7th ave station. We ordered different slices. Quite tasty. Vegetable and salad pizzas are worth trying. The place has a good vibe to it. Very busy but did not have to wait long.

Pretty decent pizza, not too greasy. $16 for four slices so kind of pricey for what you get. Casual atmosphere, not super pleasant to dine in. Employees are nice.

A solid neighborhood joint that alway hits the spot. Gas oven, NY style pizza. A bit greasy but definitely doesn't have to be come home from the bars food...this is Park Slope after all. The crust is a bit dry without the sauce and cheese so I'd love to rate this 4.5. I've had their mozzarella sticks too which were mediocre. Ambiance is definitely ultra-casual takeout vibes. If it weren't so busy/multiple entrances it actually has a nicer dine-area than other takeout pizza places. I wouldn't travel here from other neighborhoods to JUST to eat here, but if you're in the area, it's definitely a go-to.

Though Smiling Pizza didn't have the 1957-vintage font I seek out in my old-time pizza joints, it worked out just fine. Didn't see the fancier slices - Grandma? Margherita? - before I ordered, one mushroom and one plain. With a dusting of oregano, pepper and garlic, the plain had such an intense vibe that for a second it almost seemed like there was meat in there.
